More Than Just The Action

I have had the really cool opportunity to hone my photography skills taking countless photos of our kids' sporting events. I've shot softball, soccer, football, color guard, pole vault, baseball, and gymnastics. Usually I'm looking for those tack-sharp action shots that show how amazing the athlete is at their sport. This time around I opted to focus on the story behind the action and capture the senior experience.

Apex Pride 2022

Pride Month

June is Pride month, and I think that is terrific. There is still so much stigma around orientation and sexual preference that activities promoting equality both with orientation but in all ways is a good thing. Apex is holding their annual Apex Pride event this Saturday, June 11, 2022. Heather and I have decided to volunteer our time for a few hours at the event to help support the cause.
